have created a blend of 10 premium Arabica varietals
which is outstanding.

we use it to make our Espresso Sorbetto and gelatos! |

from Michel Cluziel and one of the world’s best
natural cocoas from Scharffen Berger. We shave the chocolate
ourselves and mix it with your choice of organic milk
from Avalon or Canadian Springs water.
