 GELATO & SORBETTO  GELATO CAKES  GELATO DESSERTS

We make small batches of handcrafted gelato and sorbetto each morning in our Coal Harbour gelateria. To ensure you always get fresh gelato and sorbetto, we only make a maximum of 24 flavours. There are the 16 classic Italian flavours which we serve every day all year, as well as 8 new flavours that change weekly with the seasons and the inspirations of our Maestro Gelatiere.

We follow the old world Italian traditions of using organic milk and the best raw ingredients.

Beautifully decorated, artistic gelato cakes are available daily in the gelateria at 8”, 10” or 12” (or larger). We're also happy to make you a custom cake with your favourite flavours that are available at the time of ordering.

For custom orders simply give us 48 hours notice and the gelato cake for your special party, wedding or event will be prepared and ready to be picked up.

We make all kinds of desserts from small semifreddo desserts, to tartufo classics, gelato sandwiches, freshly made profiteroles and brioche filled with your favourite gelato!

 COLD, CLEAN & WOW  COFFEE  HOT CHOCOLATE

Sometimes you need something cold and refreshing, so we are pleased to make you frappa or Bellatini using our old-world gelatos and sorbettos.

Our frappa’s or milkshakes are as stunning as your pick of flavours mixed with our Avalon organic milk.

Our Bellatini is a cold refreshing drink of your favourite sorbettos and ice – shaken, not stirred! The summer never tasted so good!

We are pleased to serve the highly acclaimed and locally roasted Milano Coffee’s "la futura" blend. Brian and Linda, true artisans, have created a blend of 10 premium Arabica varietals which is outstanding.

From the luscious body, cocoa aroma, vanilla and floral notes, this coffee is so special we use it to make our Espresso Sorbetto and gelatos!

To make an incredible deep and dreamy hot chocolate, you simply start with world class chocolate from Michel Cluziel and one of the world’s best natural cocoas from Scharffen Berger. We shave the chocolate ourselves and mix it with your choice of organic milk from Avalon or Canadian Springs water.

You simply have to hold this beauty in your hands and breathe in the aroma to appreciate the quality. And if you dare try more, check out our hot chocolate from world famous MarieBelle in New York – another Vancouver first!
