right in front of you. This is why we exist!
A strawberry picked fresh at the peak of
perfection that melts in your mouth; a dark chocolate that
lingers long after you have closed your eyes from the pleasure;
a gelato you cannot forget from a trip to Italy a few years
back. Something made these experiences last more than the
moments of actual enjoyment. This is the sensation we strive
for each day!
At Bella Gelateria we have chosen quality
over quantity. Our goal is to capture the natural flavours
in each season and handcraft them into a delicious treat just
for you. Some gelaterias offer 50, 75 or 200 flavours a day.
And while we think this is a novel approach, we have chosen
a slower and more pure style of gelato and sorbetto.
Our 24 flavours are each handcrafted daily
as we need them. We do not make them the night before or deep
freeze them for the weekend rush. Gelato should be enjoyed
in it’s perfect form, just like it came out of the machine
– fresh. This is the way it was once done, and the way
it is currently being done only by the "Best of the Best"
gelaterias in Italy, the USA, France and now, finally ...
here in Canada.
At Bella Gelateria, we have 24 amazing flavours
that are turned out each day – 18 gelato and 6 sorbetto.
And of these 24 flavours, there are 18 classic flavours made
to perfection, and 6 more flavours which we will be changing
constantly depending on our inspirations from the season and
the farmers markets. We can actually produce over 300 flavours,

We know you're going to enjoy the flavours

best ingredients available to create the best possible flavours.
And we handcraft them daily to produce the freshest and tastiest

Our flavours change everyday, with
the weather, with the season and as local farmers produce
